Nandana Nielsen is co-founder of WSCO and one of the leading figures in brief therapy, NLP and coaching combined with hypnosis. Together with Karl Nielsen, she heads the NLP & Coaching Institut Berlin and developed doctoral programmes in psychology.

Karl Nielsen holds degrees in psychology and sociology and is co-founder of WSCO, which he established in 2001 together with Nandana Nielsen and other pioneers. He developed NLPsy (NeuroLinguistic Psychology) as a scientifically grounded "4th wave" of NLP and NLPhil (NLP & Philosophy) as the emerging "5th wave".

Bento Augusto da Cunha Santos is the founder and director of Instituto VOCÊ and AICIS (International Academy of Systemic Integrative Coaching) in Brazil and co-founder of WSCO. With his courses, workshops and lectures, he is active in Brazil, Europe, the USA and Mexico.

Rebecca Szeto has over 20 years of experience in systemic constellation work. She studied with Bert Hellinger in Germany and was the first to receive the Hellinger Sciencia® diploma in 2008. Through her teaching and training activities across Asia, she has significantly contributed to the spread of systemic work in China.
